	Pierre Henry is an expert in environmental technologies, circular economy and ecodesign. He is deputy Head of Unit in the Environmental department of the European Commission, coordinating the Unit’s work on the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation & the EMAS Regulation. He holds an engineer diploma from the Ecole Centrale de Paris. In the Environmental department of the European Commission, he was successively in charge of the Environmental Technologies Action Plan, of the Environmental Technologies Verification scheme, of the preparation of the first Circular Economy Action Plan and the preparation of the Sustainable Products Initiative.
	Kastalie Bougas is a policy officer and economist in the ‘Safe and Sustainable Chemicals’ unit of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Environment. She is the contact point for the impact assessment of the ongoing REACH revision and for the Chemicals Industry Action Plan. Her work also focuses on key policy areas such as the restriction of PFAS, the registration of polymers, the essential use concept, and measures supporting substitution and the transition to safer and more sustainable chemicals.
	Maria Passalacqua – Director of EMAS Club (Catalonia / Spain). She coordinates outreach and implementation of EMAS among different sectors, acting as a “bridge” between EMAS-registered organisations and public administrations. She leads efforts to support companies (including in tourism) in applying EMAS registration and improving environmental management.
	Monika Brom – Senior EMAS expert and Head of Team at Environment Agency Austria, also serving on the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board. Since 2011 she is chair of the Forum of Competent Bodies under the EMAS Regulation. She’s co-authored several publications on non-financial reporting and environmental indicators.
	Heidrun Fammler – Founder of the Baltic Environmental Forum (BEF Germany), originally established in the Baltic States in 1995; since 2003 also based in Hamburg. She lived for many years in Riga and has extensive experience implementing EU environmental policy in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. She leads projects advocating environmental protection, sustainability and policy implementation.
	Nunzia Miele – Serves as the Environmental Schemes Manager within the Technical & Operational Performance team at DNV Business Assurance Italy S.r.l. Nunzia brings extensive expertise in the management and development of environmental certification schemes, including ISO 14001 and EMAS, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with national and European regulations. Her work involves coordinating with Accredia, the Italian accreditation body. She is also actively involved in international collaboration.
	Robert Pochyluk – Engineer (M.Sc.), environment & energy fields consultant with ~25 years’ experience in environmental protection and energy efficiency, especially in buildings. Since 1998 certified as environment & energy auditor. He has published on environmental management systems (EMS/ISO 14001) and is active in training and consultancy.
	Christoph Töpfer – is Head of Section “Sustainable Companies and Administrations, Sustainable Finance and Environmental Valuation” at the German Environment Agency. He is an expert in environmental management and corporate sustainability reporting. He participated in the development of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the revision of the EMAS Regulation in 2017/2018.
